Day 01: Drive to Jobra and Trek to Chikka

We will start a drive in a vehicle arranged by Tripease from the reporting point 11:00 AM with your packed lunch to start the trek. We will start with a jeep ride to Jobra. While moving towards Hampta Dam we will get to view the exquisitely beautiful Pine forests, rock faces and trees like Maple, Walnut, and Oak. We will trek from Hampta dam till Chikka, which is our campsite for the first day. It takes around 2 hours to complete this part of the trek. The trek is easy with very less ascend. There is a small forest patch and then two wooden bridges to get you to the campsite. Chikka campsite is identified by big boulders and a beautiful waterfall. Meals: Pack Lunch and Dinner

Day 02: Chikka - Bhalu Ka Gera | 11900 feet | 5-6 hours trek

  • Balu Ka Gera is a flat ground amidst the mountains at an elevation of 11,900 ft. Today’s trail will take you through Jwara- a beautiful scenic sheltered valley. After an early breakfast, the trek begins from Chikka and walk along the banks of the river to the left. The route will encompass several small waterfalls, lush green meadows, and Dhauladhar peaks will be your constant company throughout the hiking hours. We set up our camps and relax for the rest of the day as we slowly reach an altitude of almost 11000 ft. Meals: Breakfast, Pack Lunch, and Dinner

Day 03: Bhalu Ka Gera - Hampta Pass | 14100 Feet | Back to Bhalu ka Ghera |11900 feet | 8 hours

As we start walking towards the mountains from Balu Ka Gera along the river for an hour when the gradient begins, the trail takes you straight towards Hampta Pass.
